Transform a Harbor Freight Badland 2500lb winch into a highly portable, battery-powered powerhouse. We handle the bending and drilling at Salt City Steel, so your custom cordless winch project goes together without a hitch.

What’s Included

1x Heavy-Duty Winch Plate: Fabricated from premium 3/16" steel, precision bent, and pre-drilled.

1x DeWalt Battery Adapter: Pre-wired to bring cordless convenience to your setup.

1x Wire Connector Pack: Premium crimp connectors for a secure electrical connection.

30 amp fuses. You may require a larger fuse or you can even eliminate the fuse by cutting it off. That is up to you. 

2x 10/32 bolts for the winch controller 

2x 8/32 bolts for the battery plug.

The plate features a raw finish, ready for your custom paint or coating.

What You Need to Provide (Not Included)

To complete this build, you will need to purchase or source the following items:

Winch: Harbor Freight Badland 2500 lb. Winch (SKU: 56258)

Synthetic Rope: Harbor Freight Synthetic Winch Cable (SKU: 63139)

Battery: Standard Milwaukee M18™ battery.

Required Tools: Wire strippers, wire crimpers, wrenches, and an angle grinder.
