Processing and Delivery Times

As the creators of the Picket Master® Pro, we are a small fabrication shop, and we work hard to get your order out quickly.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-7 business days.

  • Standard Delivery (US): Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-7 business days via USPS.

  • Potential Delays: If we are experiencing high order volume or a temporary delay in parts used to make the Picket Master Pro tool, shipments may be slightly delayed. Nationwide and global carrier delays (such as holiday volumes or inclement weather) may also impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number.

  • Tracking Update: Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking portal to update with the package status.

Shipping Address Responsibility

We require accurate shipping details to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.

  • Incorrect Address Fees: Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if a package is returned to us or lost due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided at checkout.

International Shipments

We proudly ship the Picket Master® Pro worldwide.

  • Customs Fees and Import Taxes: Salt City Steel is not responsible for any customs, import fees, tariffs, taxes, or VAT fees you may incur during or after shipping. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to review any international order and, at our sole discretion, issue a full refund and cancel the shipment before it leaves our facility. This is done to manage shipping complexities and risks associated with certain international destinations.

  • International Shipments and Lost Packages: Once a package leaves the United States, we are no longer responsible for its delivery or tracking. Salt City Steel will not resend or issue a refund for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have departed the United States.

    As a small business, we strive to ensure that your order is shipped correctly and safely. Due to the high cost and logistical complexity of international shipping, the buyer assumes all risk associated with international delivery, including, but not limited to, the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave the United States.
